Calculation Cards- Collect IEP data the easy way!

Most of ya'll know by now that I'm a Special Education teacher (keep reading even if you teach general ed, this is for you too!). Part of my job is to create progress reports for every student's IEP goals. Last year we had to do this in December and May and it took FOREVER. About a week ago, one of the people on our sped team annouced that we would have to start doing these for every grading period (each six weeks!) along with their regular report card.

I. Wanted. To. Cry.

When you get to this point in the year every little extra thing just seems like an enormous task because you're so overwhelmed!

Rather than sulk in my own tears, I decided to find a way to do this in a manageable way. I have decided to start making a few center activities specific to the common IEP goals. One of the most common is math calculation.

This set of cards will sharpen or test your students calculation skills. This set includes a page of cards for each of the four operations. Additionally, it includes cards that test the more difficult tasks in each operations including adding numbers with a different number of digits, subtracting across zeros, etc. Decimal numbers included in the addition and subtraction cards. The cards are labeled alphabetically for easy grading. Just print, laminate, cut.

As a thank you for my blog and TPT success, I have included two bonus cards for each operation! Not only will you have a page of cards for each operation, there are an additional 2 cards at the end of the pack for each operation. This is my biggest pack yet and it's thanks to all of you. YOU ROCK!
